PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precut device in which signals, etc., printed in the ink jet system by a printer are prevented from being less easily read on a horizontal member. SOLUTION: In a horizontal member precut device having a means for printing the signals, etc., in the ink jet system on the precut horizontal member, center-recessed rollers are used for roller conveyors 39-42 and a roller conveyor 313 for carrying the horizontal member so that the signals, etc., printed in the ink jet system by the printer 351 are prevented from being rubbed by roller surfaces and less easily read.
