PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fouling exfoliation unit whose exfoliation efficiency is high. SOLUTION: A sliding panel group (11 and 11'), and a transmission helical structure (13 and 13') which transmits a thrown object (B) thrown in from a thrown-in opening (5) in an exhaust opening (7) direction are provided so that they rotate integrally with a rotating axis (9 and 9') which rotates in a casing (4). While the thrown object (B) is transmitted by the rotation of the transmission helical structure (13 and 13'), the thrown object (B) in the casing (4) is pressurized. The pressurized thrown object (B) is exposed to the collision of the rotating sliding panel group (11 and 11'), in order to exfoliate a fouling (b) adhered to the surface of the object B. As the thrown object is pressurized, the fouling can be exfoliated effectively.
