The invention relates to a drainage channel comprising a body that can be embedded in the ground and a frame that can be fixed to the upper edge of said body with the aim of reinforcing the upper edge. In order to ensure stable fixing of the frame on the body of the channel while ensuring easy production and assembly, the frame and the body of the channel are configured in such a way that they are interlocked by at least one fixing element, wherein the connection is a fixed connection.
