PURPOSE: A luminescence acceleration apparatus is provided to reduce the size of a lamp and effectively generate parallel light by disposing a pseudo electrode in a small lamp. CONSTITUTION: An electrodeless lamp system comprises a magnetron for generating electromagnetic waves; a resonator communicated to the outlet side of the magnetron, and which has a resonating space with a vertical portion and a horizontal portion such that an impedance matching is performed by adjusting outer and inner diameters of the vertical portion and the horizontal portion, and electromagnetic wave of a specific band is excited; a conductor rod connected to the outlet of the magnetron and arranged in the resonating space such that the conductor rod guides electromagnetic wave of a specific band to the outlet side of the resonator and forms an appropriate distribution of electromagnetic wave; a lamp encapsulated with a light emitting material and inert gas, and arranged in the outlet side of the resonating space, such that the inert gas plasma-discharges the light emitting material by electromagnetic waves so as to permit the light emitting material to emit light; and a reflector mirror arranged around the lamp, and formed of low loss dielectrics for allowing electromagnetic waves to pass and light to be reflected, wherein the reflector mirror reflects the light generated from the lamp to the peripheral area of the resonating space. One or more conductors are arranged around a light emitting portion(110) encapsulated with the light emitting material.
