PURPOSE: A heating liner for a heat-joining device and a heat-joining method using the same are provided to prevent the damage of materials to be joined by inserting the coated heating liner between the materials to be joined. CONSTITUTION: A heat-joining method using a heating liner comprises the steps of: forming the heating liner(S1); coating the surface of the heating liner with coating material(S2); and inserting the heating liner between materials to be joined and joining the heating liner to the materials to be joined(S3).
