PURPOSE: A waste sorting apparatus is provided to allow wastes or construction scraps to be separated and sorted according to particle sizes by punching sorting tubs and sorting holes at different diameters and sizes using a single power source, thereby reducing the power expenses and increasing recycling efficiency of the wastes or construction scraps. CONSTITUTION: The waste sorting apparatus comprises: a crusher having a jaw crusher for crushing wastes input to a hopper connected to its one end; a sorter for sorting the wastes crushed by the crusher in a predetermined particle size; a foreign matter separation tub having a housing, a partitioning plate and a ventilator; and a loading unit having a plurality of exhaust pipes, a foreign matter exhaust hopper and a transfer conveyer, wherein the sorter includes a sorting container(210) having first and second cylindrical sorting tubs(210a,210b) having different sorting holes(210g) to sort the wastes at different particle sizes.
