PURPOSE: A ground improvement stirrer provided with a folding wing is provided to improve the efficiency on excavating and stirring works by reducing the formation of sludge and the time required for perforation and maximizing the perforation area. CONSTITUTION: The ground improvement stirrer provided with a folding wing contains an auger drive connected by a crawler crane and installed on the upper end, a solidifier supply pipe installed on the lower end of the auger drive to supply solidifier and air, a gear box connected to the lower part of the solidifier supply pipe to transfer power, a swivel coupled with a lower coupling connected to the lower part of the gear box, many injection rods fastened to the swivel, a stirring rod(20) coupled to the lower end of the injection rod and provided with a stirring wing(30,40), and an excavating rod connected to the lower part of the stirring rod(20) and provided with a stirring wing and an excavating bit(36).
