A location based information servicing method using an RF tag and a terminal thereof are provided to store intrinsic ID information, and to receive the intrinsic ID information from the RF tag installed in a place on a 3D(Dimensional) space, in order that location based information which is based on a user's location can be outputted to the user by using the received ID information. An ID information receiver(120) receives intrinsic ID information from an RF tag. A location based information storage(140) stores location based information. An ID information storage(130) stores location information, where ID information and location based information about an area where the RF tag corresponding to the ID information is positioned are stored. A location based information extractor(150) extracts the location based information on the area where the wireless tag is positioned, from the storage(140) by using the location information stored in the storage(130). A location based information output unit(160) enables the stored location based information to be outputted.
