<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and a manufacturing method of the imaging apparatus capable of more strongly joining a mirror frame and a board and providing proper assembling. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 10 is provided with the board PC including an imaging element 2 and the mirror frame 4 for covering the imaging element 2. A notch 4ab notched at a prescribed angle from a side face of the mirror frame 4 toward a bottom part 4aa at the joining part between the board PC and the mirror frame 4. An adhesive B is coated to the slope of the notch 4ab and the bottom part 4aa to fix the mirror 4 and the board PC. A composite curing resin having the property of curing by an ultraviolet ray and the property of curing by heat, water content, a curing agent; or an acceleration agent is adopted for the adhesive B. The mirror frame 4 is fixed to the board PC by two steps comprising a tentative fixing process and a final fixing process. An optical member 1, a light shield plate 5, a filter 6 or the like are mounted on the board PC to assemble the imaging apparatus 10 between the tentative fixing process and the final fixing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
