FIELD: ceramics, ceramic industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing ceramic articles that can be used for high-thermal insulation of industrial equipments, pipelines. Proposed charge comprises the following components, wt.-%: diatomite, 46-50; swollen vermiculite, 16-20; waste from abrasive manufacture - corundum, 12-14, and Dinas brick, 20-22.
