<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washcloth for letting sufficiently foaming washing water automatically well out to the surface according to the washing operation only by supplying water at any time, capable of reforming the conventional washing operation requiring application of soap or detergent occasionally on the way of washing to the surface of the washcloth to the washing operation without requiring application of soap or detergent on the way of washing. <P>SOLUTION: A soft foamed plastic board 1 is made of highly elastic and expansible continuous small bubble structures with excellent air and water- permeability between upper and lower surfaces. Two soft foamed plastic boards 1, whose flat-plane shapes are nearly the same, are superimposed and bonded to each other in their periphery except for a soap/detergent slot 4 so that soap or detergent 2 can be stored between the two soft foamed plastic boards 1.
