PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar with a display lamp capable of setting the direction of a solar battery so that power generation efficiency may be optimum according to an installation place of the bar and seasons, etc., while sufficiently keeping strength of the bar. SOLUTION: This bar 1 houses an illuminant 2a and transmits light emitted by the illuminant 2a to the outside of the bar 1. A control part 2 including the illuminant 2 is fixed in the bar 1.
