PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling image file management device allowing stand-alone use of traveling image data. SOLUTION: This traveling image file management device holds the traveling image data holding the traveling image data photographed by a camera loaded in a mobile body, and photographing-related data including photographed date information, the traveling image data, and traveling position information of the mobile body, a photographing-related data acquisition means acquires the photographing-related data, a traveling image data acquisition means acquires the traveling image data corresponding to the photographing-related data, a traveling image file generation means generates a traveling image file including the traveling image data, the photographed date information, and the traveling position information, and a traveling image file registration means registers the traveling image file.
