PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for performing filtering having an excellent real time property or excellent flexibility without imposing a large load on processing, in an information processor having a filter function for a content. SOLUTION: The information processor 1 having the filter function issues a retrieval request by a set retrieval keyword to a retrieval site 5 designated by set retrieval site information (a URL or the like of the retrieval site 5), extracts content specification information (a URL or the like of a content disclosure site 6) of the content corresponding to the retrieval keyword from a retrieval result thereof, and registers it into a filtering target list. When receiving an access request from a client terminal 2, the information processor 1 extracts the content specification information that is a target of the access request, and decides permission/non-permission of access by whether the extracted content specification information is present in the filtering target list or not.
