PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe of which space formed in the side of a gasket is in a steady pressure and the air cannot introduced due to the difference of pressure and a manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A prefilled syringe 1 has an outside tube 2 having a main body of an outside tube 21, a nozzle part 22, and a frange 23, a seal cap 3 attached closely on the nozzle part 22, and a gasket 4 contained in the outside tube 2 and having a tip ring shaped rib 41 and a back tip ring shaped rib 42. A groove 9 formed along a side of an axis of the outside tube 21 is contained in a surrounding surface in the back tip and the groove 9 can be connected to a space that is formed among the tip ring shaped rib 41, the back tip ring shaped rib 42, the side of the gasket, and the inner surrounding surface of the outside body to the outside in the case that the gasket 4 is set as the tip ring shaped rib 41 is in the tip side of the groove 9 and the back tip rib 42 is above the groove 9. |
