PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter with a high metallic sheen without using metal deposition means.SOLUTION: A printed matter 10 includes: a hard coat layer 2 at an arbitrary portion on a base material 1; and a gloss printed layer 3 at an arbitrary portion on the hard coat layer 2. The gloss printed layer 3 includes metal scales. The metal scales are unevenly distributed on top of the gloss printed layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
