PURPOSE: An automatic ultra-low-volume spray apparatus and method for securing sanitary environment of an emergency vehicle are provided to sterilize and disinfect every corner of inner spaces and inner surface of the emergency vehicle regardless of time and place. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(100) comprises: a chemical container(80) provided inside; a spray interval timer(40) inserted thereinto; a flow meter(50) having a hydraulic pressure regulating portion and a ball; a user instruction board(60); a switch(30) for automatic and manual control. A chemical hose is formed on one side of a spray nozzle(10) formed by projecting parts thereof to the outside while passing the chemical container(80) and the flow meter(50). On the left side face, a handle is formed on the top end portion and a hinge(70) is connected to the bottom end.
