PURPOSE: A roasting plate is provided to offer convenience to a user by making a metal bar into the roasting plate and preventing meat from being scorched. CONSTITUTION: A roasting plate(10) includes a roasting plate body(10a) sloping downward. Long metal bars(11) are repeatedly wound from the center to the outermost circumference of the roasting plate body. The metal bars adhere closely to each other, and forms oil grooves(12) thereon.
