PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a response time to a higher-priority network in a power-saving state information processing device including a communication interface coping with a plurality of networks.SOLUTION: When a communication interface 1 receives a restoration packet at time t21, a CPU 110 starts power saving restoration processing about the communication interface 1. When a communication interface 2 receives the restoration packet at t22 while the power saving restoration processing about the communication interface 1 is being performed, the CPU 110 stops the power saving restoration processing about the communication interface 1, and starts power saving restoration processing about the communication interface 2. When the power saving restoration processing about the communication interface 2 ends at time t23, the CPU 110 transmits a response packet from the communication interface 2, and resumes the power saving restoration processing about the communication interface 1.
