Method envisages pouring water and maintenance for swelling ground pumpkin seed extraction cake, mixing it with cherry-plum puree, plum puree, quince puree, sugar and salt, boiling till dry substances content is nearly 22%, adding dill seeds, coriander, and red hot pepper are added, CO-extracts of currant leaves and birch leaves, CO-extract of horseradish, sealing and sterilization.EFFECT: use of method enables reducing smack of pumpkin seeds in product without changing its adhesion properties.1 cl |
