摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing three-dimensional (3D) graphene using template etching, 3D corrugated graphene particles obtained by the method, hybrid powder particles comprising the same, and a 3D porous network structure comprising the same. The method comprises the steps of: coating the surface of template particles allowing easy selective etching with a two-dimensional shaped graphene derivative; and carrying out solution etching of the template-graphene core-shell particle precursor. According to the method, it is possible to obtain 3D graphene particles and hybrid particle powder comprising the same in a large amount with high efficiency, and to solve the problems of stacking and deterioration of physical properties occurring inevitably in the conventional drying, reducing and instrumental production processes of two-dimensional graphene. According to the embodiments of the present invention, it is possible to obtain 3D graphene particles having high electroconductivity and excellent dispersion stability in aqueous solution and hybrid particles comprising the same. In addition, such particles have no limitation in substrate or size and allow rapid and easy assembly into a 3D porous/conductive network structure without a binder additive and conductive filler, and thus may be useful as a structural material for an active electrode applicable to next-generation energy conversion and transformation instruments.
