The present invention relates to a magnetic plate and a magnetic field shielding sheet including the same, capable of dividing a magnetic plate body into multiple magnetic body parts without extra processes, accurately controlling a shape or position of each of the magnetic body parts, and preventing the degradation of shielding performance and magnetic permeability while preventing a loss, caused by an eddy current in the magnetic plate body, since multiple penetrating slits penetrate the magnetic plate body and stay away from each other to prevent the magnetic plate body from being separated from the magnetic plate. To this end, the magnetic plate shields a magnetic field through a magnetic field shielding sheet, and includes: a plate-shaped magnetic plate body formed to surround a magnetic field area; and multiple penetrating slits penetrating the magnetic plate body and staying away from each other. The magnetic plate body is divided into multiple magnetic body parts through the multiple penetrating slits, but the magnetic body parts are connected as one to prevent the magnetic plate body from being separated into not less than two. |
