The present invention relates to a device for cooling a rotor shaft of a motor generator, which is capable of cooling safely and easily an outside of the rotor shaft connected to a rotor in a shrinkage fitting scheme when the rotor is separated from the rotor shaft to check the motor generator. The device for cooling a rotor shaft of a motor generator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of case bodies disposed radially outside the rotor shaft and arranged to have an inside formed in a circular shape and an outside formed in a hexagonal shape; a pressing part for allowing dry ice to be safely contained in the case bodies and pressing the dry ice inwardly to allow the dry ice to make contact with an outside of the rotor shaft; and a partition wall detachably placed inside the case bodies to allow the dry ice to make contact with the rotor shaft when the partition wall is detached.
