PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar plate which enables improvement of the quality of an electronic component when the electronic component is mounted, and to provide an electronic component unit and a wire harness.SOLUTION: An electronic component unit and a wire harness include a bus bar plate 2. In the bus bar plate 2, a metal bus bar 24 is incorporated in a resin material 23 and a through hole 41, to which a terminal 29a of a relay 22a mounted on a mounting surface 25 is joined by solder 42, is provided. The through hole 41 includes: a bus bar through hole 41a penetrating through the bus bar 24; and a resin material through hole 41b which penetrates through the resin material 23, is formed larger than the bus bar through hole 41a, and exposes a surface 24e of the bas bur 24. When an inner diameter of the bus bar through hole 41a is referred to as r and an inner diameter of the resin material through hole 41b is referred to as R, 1.5r≤R is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
