PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology of molding a three-dimensional object having a texture with little roughness.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional object molding apparatus is provided, which includes a head unit for discharging a plurality of types of liquids including a first liquid and a second liquid having a smaller coloring material component than that of the first liquid, and a curing unit for curing the liquid discharged from the head unit, and which forms a unit molding by using the cured liquid and molds a three-dimensional object from the plurality of unit moldings. The three-dimensional object molding apparatus can form a unit molding in any of the following forming modes: a first forming mode of forming a unit molding by using the first liquid by discharging the first liquid from the head unit; a second forming mode of forming a unit molding by using the first liquid and the second liquid by discharging the first liquid from the head unit and then discharging the second liquid; and a third forming mode of forming a unit molding by using the second liquid and the first liquid by discharging the second liquid from the head unit and then discharging the first liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
