A woodworking machine for tenoning and longitudinal-profiling of wood, in particular window wood, having at least one tenoning and mortising unit and at least one unit for longitudinal-profiling, the tenoning and mortising unit being assigned a cutting-to-length device and a rolling table, there being provided furthermore a transverse conveyor for the displacement of the window wood into a working position in which the second end of the window wood can be provided with tenons and mortises, and there being provided a transfer device for transferring the window wood provides with tenons and mortises at both ends to the unit for longitudinal-profiling, is to be constructed such that it can be manufactured in a compact design as well as inexpensively. For this purpose, provision is made according to the invention for a single tenoning and mortising unit which, along with the assigned cutting-to-length device, its bearing arrangement, its covering and the like, can be lowered completely beneath the surfaces of the working and rolling table, it being possible for the tenoning and mortising unit underneath the working and rolling table to be moved from a first position, in which the first end of the window wood can be worked, to a second position, in which case, for the working of the second end of the window wood, the latter ... in the return run counter to the previous feed direction on the offset tenoning ...
