PURPOSE:To enable the selective detection of amine with one time of analysis and to enable the detection of the detection signal of other characteristics by providing a surface ionization detector to a first stage and connecting and disposing >=1 other detectors in series onto said stage. CONSTITUTION:The components separated by a column are introduced in a gaseous state into the detector 1. Of the introduced components, the lower amine is heated by a platinum coil 6 and is ionized. The electrons thereof are collected by a collector 5 and the detection signal A is obtd. The gaseous component past the collector 5 comes into contact with an ion source 12 of an FTD 1b of the next stage and the nitrogen compd. and phosphorus compd. in said component are ionized and are collected by a collector 11 by which the detection signal B is obtd. The gaseous component passed through the FTD 1b forms a hydrogen flame 23 through a nozzle 21 and hydrocarbon is ionized. The ions are collected by a collector 22 and the detection signal C is obtd. |
