<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a port sampling circuit device which can lighten the load of a sampling process on a CPU. <P>SOLUTION: The signal output part of a port sampling circuit 6 periodically varies the output level of an output port 11 according to a sampling period that a CPU 2 sets in a register.
