The method comprises a first process for measuring material MnCO3, ZnO, and Fe2O3 and for mixing with pure water utilizing Ball Mill, a second process for filtr pressing of the mixutre, a third process for treating dried material for 3-6 hours at 12001300 deg. C , a fourth process for inputting the material and seed into crucible furnace which rotates 0.1-1.5 rpm so that the monocrystal grows 3-7 mm/hr, and a fifth process for cooling the monocrystal.
