The invention provides an improved reduction in emissions and reduces fuel consumption at the same time. The invention consists of a "T" shape valve that opens at a set pressur e. The valve is used to lean out the fuel mixture in a reciprocating intern al combustion engine.(Gas powered vehicle engine) The "T" shape valve consists of a main body that houses a spring, a ball, a lock nut, adjustment screw, filter and end cap. Two ends of the "T" shape valves main body connects on to the vacuum hose running from the brake booster to the intake manifold the third end is open to the air. The valve will open when the pressure is lower than normal in the intak e manifold thus providing better combustion of the rich mixture.
