<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly transmit information of merchandise desired by a consumer in an understandable way by using the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: This system is so structured that a specific memory area is secured in a WWW server (b) connected to the Internet (a); merchandise addresses hn are assigned to the memory area; individual merchandise items (i) and information data for the merchandise items are sequentially registered in the merchandise addresses hn in a one-to-one relationship; a unique URL corresponding to the merchandise address hn is written in each merchandise item (i) for every merchandise item (i); a user confirms the URL added to a selected merchandise item (i) to access the URL from a terminal connected to the Internet (a), and can thereby see information specific to the selected merchandise item registered in the merchandise addresses hn of the WWW server (b) from the terminal (g).
