<p>A circuit for converting a first logical level into a second one. Even when the voltage of a power supply is increased, the low level of the output voltage of a switching circuit (25) is suppressed from increasing, and accordingly an output buffer (28) is always made operable, because voltage limiting elements (26, 27) suppress the output level shift voltages of level-shifting devices (21, 22) connected to the output ends of input transistors (Q1, Q2) to predetermined values.</p> |
