The process for circulating Roentgen and photographic fixing baths with simultaneous de-silvering without colouring due to removed, developing soln. is new and uses galvanically sepd. auxiliary anodes and cathodes sepd. by a diaphragm in a parallel container. The sepd. auxiliary anodes and cathodes having a high DC and/or AC voltage and are made of different materials. USE/ADVANTAGE - The process results in a greater use of the fixing solns. and results in less 'special' waste which has to be burnt
