PURPOSE:To prevent a layer part from being leaked to the outside with certainry as maintaining the extent of heel mat welding strength, in the welding method of a heel mat for fixing this mat on a carpet. CONSTITUTION:A welding end face 43 of a welder bar 41 is set to an incline facing inward whereby, at time of high frequency welding, a melting form in a layer part is controlled so as to make the melting proceed to the center from the outer circumference, thus the layer part is prevented from leaking to the ouside. |
