PURPOSE:To perform appropriate braking so as to allow acceleration slip to be suppressed moderately by changing the driving method of a control valve according to the operating time of a brake booster at the time of starting the traction control of a driving wheel to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:The open time of a control valve 45, for instance, is changed according to the case of traction control being started in the non-operated state of a brake booster and the case of traction control being started when the liquid pressure of a master cylinder 5 is intensified by the operation of the brake booster. The driving method of the control valve 45 is changed according to the operating time of the brake booster by changing the opening of the control valve 45 or the like. Approximately constant braking force can thereby act upon a driving wheel 1 to be controlled regardless of the liquid pressure of the master cylinder 5 at the time of starting traction control so as to enable appropriate braking control. |
