PURPOSE:To realize the formation of the insole, the shape of which exactly conforms to the unevenness of the sole of the foot of a user by a method wherein supple material having a very weak restoring force is employed so as to faithfully transfer the shape of the depression of a footmark to mold material by treading on the matter with the feet in order to utilize the treaded matter as it is as a mold. CONSTITUTION:In a container-like form 2, first liquid resin for base material for forming supple polymer viscoelastic body, which restores very solowly, is cast. By the equally standing of the user of insole on rubbery sheet 5, with which the base material 4 consisting of the gelled polymer viscoelastic body is covered, with his two feet 6, a footmark depression 5a together with the deformation of the base material on the rubbery sheet. A second mold is formed by casting quick-curing second liquid resin on the resultant first mold 1 consisting of the base material and the rubbery sheet. Next, the insoles of both the feet are extracted by trimming from the sock lining material after the curing of the second liquid resin cast on the second mold, which is turned upside down and placed onto the bottom of another form. |
