PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a battery to be easily exchanged in small units by its light and compact constitution and during battery exchange due to cell deterioration. SOLUTION: A molten carbonate type fuel battery stack is constituted by laminating a plurality of a single cell provided with a fuel side electrode pinching an electrolytic layer from both sides and an oxidation agent side electrode, and a flow path flowing each of fuel gas and oxidation agent gas on the outside of the above electrodes via a bipolar plate 1a on which metal plate materials 3a and 3b are laminated with each other.
