摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the clamping of a resonance capacitor voltage by a DC power supply. SOLUTION: Resonance capacitors Cr1 and Cr2 are connected in series to a DC power supply E having a smoothing capacitor Cd , switching devices S1 and S2 of which a half-inverter is composed are connected, diodes D1 and D2 are connected in reverse-parallel to the capacitors Cr1 and Cr2 and, further, a resonance inductance Lr and a boosting transformer TR are connected in series between the connection point of the capacitors Cr1 and Cr2 and the connection point of the switching devices S1 and S2 to constitute a serial resonace converter. A serial circuit consisting of a capacitor C1 and a resistor R1 is connected closely in parallel to the capacitors Cr1 and Cr2 . If the switching device S1 is turned ON (S1 OFF) and the capacitor Cr1 is short-circuited by a circuit composed of the switching device S1 , the step-up transformer TR, the resonance inductance Lr , the resonance capacitor Cr1 and the switching device S1 and the resonance capacitor Cr2 is charged, when the voltage Vcr2 of the capacitor Cr2 reaches a value E and the diode D1 is instantaneously not turned ON, the voltage Vcr2 exceeds the value E but, as the capacitor C1 which is charged by the voltage E is close to the capacitor Cr2 , a current is not applied to the smoothing capacitor Cd side. Therefore, the resonance with the stray inductor and the smoothing capacitor Cd on the smoothing capacitor Cd side is not produced and hence the voltage clamping can be achieved.
