PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably keep water-proofness of an installation part of a clip for fixing in a wiring harness which wraps electric wire bundles with a vacuum- molded resin sheet. SOLUTION: A clip 15 is housed in the inside of a resin sheet 12 while the tip joining part 15b being faced toward the outside and a ring-like thermally plastic resin material 16 is housed along the substrate part 15c of the clip 15. In this state, the resin sheet 12 is so vacuum-molded as to wrap electric wire bundles, so that the resin sheet 12 is closely attached to the face in the tip end side of the substrate part 15c while sandwiching the ring-like thermoplastic resin material 16 between them. Then, while being heated, the resin sheet 12 is cut into a circular shape in the inner circumferential side of the ring-like thermally plastic resin material 16 and consequently, a through hole 17 is formed as to project the tip joining part 15b of the clip 15 to the outside and at the same time of melt the thermally plastic resin material 16, and the resin sheet 12 and the substrate part 15c of the clip 15 are thus joined mutually by the thermoplastic resin material 16. |
