摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rare earth bond magnet of a low percentage of empty holes which excels in a molding property and easiness of molding, a magnetic property and size stability. SOLUTION: Magnetic powder, binding resin (thermoplastic resin) and additives such as an anti-oxidant are mixed and this mixture is kneaded and the mixture as granulated for obtaining granulated bodies. Next, the granulated bodies are filled inside a metal mold of a molding machine for being subjected to compression molding (hot molding) to be cooled so as to manufacture a rare earth bond magnet. Here, an amount of additive of rare earth magnet powder in the mixture or the paste is to be 90 to 99wt% and an additive amount of an antioxidant in the mixture and the paste is to be 0.1 to 2wt%. And the maximum grain diameter of granulated bodies become not more than the minimum size of a gap of the molding metal mold.
