Disclosed is an automobile jack that is easy to fold and unfold. It comprises a rotating shaft(1) that is composed of an inner shaft(9) with slots(10) and lugs(11,11') and an outer shaft(12) with recesses(13,13') that receive lugs(11,11') of inner shaft(9); a screw(14) on outer shaft(12); a stopper(16) with leaf springs(18) on outer shaft(12); a control ring(17) on outer shaft(12); a shoulder(19) on control ring(17); a handle locking hole(20); and a handle(21). The inner shaft(9) may slide by the stopper(16) on the outer shaft(12) or may rotate with the outer shaft(12). The device is easy to use.
