The invention refers to an oxygen transducer, designed for determining the content of oxygen in gaseous and liquid flows. According to the invention, the transducer consists of a miniature double-diode tube (3), encased in an outer shell (4) through which the analysed gas or liquid flows, inducing the variation of the anode current according to its oxygen content, positioned in an uneven magnetic field induced by two permanent magnets (2), protected and screened by a metallic casing (1).
