PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the cost in system introduction and to reduce the burden of system maintenance. SOLUTION: A terminal 12a receives the job support software execution of a user in a user interface 12a1 and requests a corresponding job support component to a server 12c by a server terminal communication part 12a2. The request job transmission part 12c1 of the server 12c receives a job component transmission request from the terminal, requests the generation of the job component to a job generation part 12c2 and returns the returned job component to the requested terminal. The job generation part 12c2 requests the retrieval of the job component requested from a request job transmission part 12c1 to a job constitution retrieval part 12c3. A function component being the constitution content of the job component which is to be transmitted and equipment data are collected from a returned retrieval result, and they are returned to the request job transmission part 12c1. |
