PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flexible program information meeting a customer's request by allowing the customer to select desired program information through the transmission line of CATV and allowing a center device to send selected information of individual program information for each customer to each terminal device. SOLUTION: A program information controller 206 of the center device 201 generates program managing information for selecting a program and individual program information, based on the request of a terminal device to transmit to the terminal devices through a mixing distributor 211. The device 201 fetches the program of a large number of requests from a satellite center or a video- reproducing device 204. A video sending and switching device 205 demodulates and multiplexes the video signal of each program to limited channels and transmits it via a mixing distributor 211.
