PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit even an enterpriser who cannot operate a personal computer to easily utilize electronic mail services by enabling to read an electronic mail without frequently executing dial-up connection. SOLUTION: Access is performed to a server equipment 60 where the electronic mails are stored at every prescribed time and the electronic mail is received from the server equipment 60 at the time of incoming. The received electronic mail is converted into a facsimile transmission format and the electronic mail which is converted into the facsimile transmission format is transmitted to a prescribed facsimile equipment 70. The contents of the electronic mail is read without frequent dial-up connection. Besides, even the enterpriser who cannot operate the personal computer can easily utilize the electronic mail services. |
