PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder having a sufficient coolant effect. SOLUTION: It is constituted of a holder main body 1, a collet 10, an intermediate rod 15, a clamp bolt 25 and a pull stud 30. The collet 10 and the intermediate rod 15 are integrated by screw connection. A spacer 46 installed on a head end part of the holder main body 1 has an opening hole part 47 roughly in correspondence with a shank part 40a of a cutting tool. A tapered groove part having an extended diametrical part on the rear and a contracted diametrical part on the front is formed on the opening hole part 47, and an O ring for sealing is installed on this groove part. A cap 45 is to hold the spacer 46, screwed on a front part of the holder main body 1 and welded with pressure on the holder main body 1 on a tapered surface 8 at 45c. |
