PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confine the peak wavelength of each one-dimensional LD array element within the entire width of the half value of the absorption spectrum of a solid-state laser medium, in a two-dimensional LD array element constituted of a plurality of one-dimensional LD array elements where there is dispersion in the peaks of oscillatory wavelengths. SOLUTION: The peak value of each one-dimensional LD array element is confined within entire width of the half value of the absorption spectrum of a solid-state laser medium, by constituting a temperature control means of junction materials 5-1, 5-2, and 5-3 between each one-dimensional LD array element 1-1, 1-2, and 1-3 and microchannels 3, and relatively changing the heat resistance between the junction materials through the relative change in the thicknesses of these junction materials, thereby relatively changing the temperature of each one-dimensional LD array element. |
