The invention relates to a turf mat (1) for stabilizing slopes, consisting of two non-woven layers (2, 3) which are joined by needling and between each other receive seeds (5) for grass-seeding a slope. To ensure advantageous conditions the invention provides for both non-woven layers (2, 3), which contain the loose seed (5) in the area of their surfaces facing each other, to consist of a preneedled non-woven fabric (4) made of a mixture of plant and sheepwool fibres. |
