MANUFACTURING SYSYTEM OF DEFORMED BAR MESH FOR CONSTRUCTION

PURPOSE: A producing device of a different reinforcing welding bar-mesh is provided to produce various bar-meshes, to exactly maintain a bar arrangement interval and to reduce a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A producing device of a different reinforcing welding bar-mesh contains a first loader to load widthwise wire materials of different lengths and diameters and to transfer a lengthwise wire material through magnetic force; an arranging conveyer(400) to arrange the widthwise wire materials; a device for arranging and transferring widthwise wires to transfer the widthwise wire materials to a welding position; a second loader to be installed in perpendicular to the first loader, to load the lengthwise wire materials of different lengths and diameters and to supply the widthwise wire to the widthwise wire materials; a device(600) to spot-weld a crossed point of the widthwise wire material and the lengthwise wire material in the welding position; a device(700) to withdraw the spot-welded welding bar-mesh; and a device(800) to sequentially load the welding bar-mesh from the welding bar-mesh withdrawing device. Thereby, the bar-mesh is produced by automatically arranging and transferring different reinforcing of different thickness and lengths.
