PURPOSE: A tilt and telescopic structure is very simple and convenient to control tilt and telescopic with one operating lever. CONSTITUTION: A tilt and telescopic structure comprises a tilt lever(40), an outside tube(15), a telescopic tube(13), a distance bracket(30), a tilt bracket(20), a stretching spring(50), an adjusting nut(41), an adjusting bolt 'A'(43) and an adjusting bolt 'B'(45). The adjusting nut(41) and the adjusting bolts(43, 45) connected with the tilt lever(40) are connected each other. A slitting hole(17) is formed on one side of the outside tube(15) and on the tilt bracket(20). The structure operates the tilt and the telescopic with one lever by controlling the clearance of the slitting hole, which is simple and easy to produce and low in cost to produce.
